1974 is a dreamy, emotionally charged pop-rock track that channels the spirit of the 1970s while telling the story of a past life remembered. With lush instrumentation, vintage-inspired melodies, and lyrics laced with mysticism, the song explores themes of memory, reincarnation, and karmic love. Woven throughout are about a half dozen song titles from 1974 used directly as lyrics, turning the track into a poetic time capsule where heartbreak, soul contracts, and spiritual awakening collide.

This song started with one haunting lyric from The Hyacinth House by The Doors: “Why did you throw the Jack of Hearts away? It was the only card in the deck that I had left to play.”

That line lived in my bones for years… and one day, it cracked me open.

This song poured through me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I was awakening spiritually, breaking generational patterns, healing past lives, and letting go of a relationship that mirrored all of it.

I wrote this as a call to answer—to Jim, to myself, to all of us who’ve ever felt like the last card was tossed aside.

Outta Your Mind (Into My Soul)

Outta Your Mind (Into My Soul) was born from my kundalini awakening — the fire that cracked me wide open. This song tells the story of stepping out of the mind, rising into the soul, and walking the twin flame path — where another person becomes the mirror that reflects you back to yourself, leading to the deepest love of all: the one within.

Sometimes two souls move through life like parallel lines — always close, feeling the same pull, but only meeting when the universe says it’s time.

This song came from a vision that felt like music pouring straight through me. It’s about that kind of connection that transcends logic — where energy, timing, and fate all collide.

When I first saw the imagery for Parallel Lines, it was as if spirit was showing me how love and destiny move side by side until they finally touch.

Good Mourning

A look into the journey of grief and all 40 forms of it, too. This is my grief story that is full of nostalgic sounds from the 60's, 70's and 90's rock and roll scenes. If the Laurel Canyon scene smashed the Seattle Grunge scene and had a baby, it would sound like, Good Mourning!
